Kate Beaton in Montreal: next Tuesday!

Thefall season just keeps on giving to those of us in Quebec! Next Tuesday we are lucky to have thecharming, hilarious, and whip-smart Kate Beaton in Montreal to launch her brandnew D+Q book, Hark! A Vagrant. She’llbe at the Librairie Drawn &Quarterly (211 Bernard O.) next Tuesday night, November 1^st at 7 pm.

Kate will be doing areading and presenting a little talk about how she came to work in the comicsmedium. After that she will sign copies of her book.  If you live under a rock and have not visited her website, www.harkavagrant.com, don’t worry: one week isjust about enough time to read every single comic on that site and be hungryfor more by launch day.
