If you've been paying attention, you probably know about the beautiful and fantastical Jinchalo, which is our first book of 2012, and which Matt will be bringing to Montreal and Toronto next week!
Montreal! We are super excited to be launching Jinchalo at the Librairie D+Q, where Matt will be giving a short presentation and doing a book signing on Thursday February 16th at 7 pm. We are also thrilled to have an excuse to display some of his original artwork from the children's book My Name is Elizabeth! and from Jinchalo. Toronto (UPDATED)! A few days later, on Sunday February 19th, Matt will be doing a double-header event with Little Island Comics from 3:00-4:30 pm and The Beguiling at 6 pm at the Central, 603 Markham. From what I hear, the afternoon event will be great for the little ones in your life, and the evening event will be a more formal book launch, with Matt being interviewed about his work and signing books.
