It's a beautiful day in the neighbourhood!

When he's not busy charming the local media with Paul Goes Fishing, the most recent installment in his ongoing Paul series, D&Q artist Michel Rabagliati devotes his time to peace work—specifically, promoting harmony between residential and commercial neighbours in Montreal's Plateau Mont-Royal neighourhood. Rabagliati's beautiful illustrations bring a touch of class to this guide to good neighbourliness issued by the borough council.




Sadly, the D&Q staffers who can't read French will continue to offend and irritate their neighbours.
