Boo! A Comics Halloween!!!!

****UPDATED****
What good is knowing a lot of people with cute kids if I can't blog about them? What good is knowing creative people if I can't exploit every aspect of their creativity? Happy Halloween, D+Q readers!

We'll start here in Montreal, please meet Kermit the Frog (Woody Devlin) and Miss Piggy (Georgina Devlin).

Down in Brooklyn, the Tomine family made use of the snowstorm with this set of spot on pumpkin self portraits.

And the cutest little girl in all Park Slope, Nora Tomine, dressed up as a lady bug.

Back up here in Montreal, Sam Ollmann-Chan mugs for the camera in his race car suit, as the rest of the Mile End clan is glued to the set watching It's A Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.

On the West Coast, Charlie Clowes is a Wii controller. Dan, just buy your son a Wii already, not a Wii costume!

And in Silver Lake, Lulu White is dead-on Margot Tenenbaum.

Down in Georgia, Miles Ralph is a ghost, though it's a bit hard to see him with that goofy guy as a Transformer of the Apes on top of him.

In Vermont, evil things were brewing with Charlotte Sturm dressed as the Werewolf girl.

And her sister Eva Sturm dressed as Little Red Riding Hood Gone Bad.

And classics were the rage in Oak Park, with Clara Ware requesting the tried and true Ghost, which is pretty much the best Ghost costume ever.

Marnie Ware created the unintentional gourd figure child abduction scenario.

Which all together provides for a serenely spooky Halloween at the Ware House!

BOO!

And up in Regina, SK, little Bella Heer strikes her best demon pose.
