Know what's even neater than having Kate Beaton in your city to launch Hark! A Vagrant? Why, having her in your city to launch Hark! A Vagrant at one of Live Wire Radio's bi-weekly events. She'll be participating in one of their live radio variety shows this weekend, alongside David Guterson (Snow Falling on Cedars), Silas Weir Mitchell and Bitsie Tulloch (from the TV show Grimm), and Oregon poet Laureate Paulann Petersen (The Voluptuary).
The live show takes place this Saturday, October 22nd at the Alberta Rose Theater, 3000 NE Alberta St. Tickets are $18 Advance, $20 day of. They're available for purchase online or can be obtained at the Alberta Rose Theater box office.
