A visit with Peter Thompson

I was in London--no, not that London, the other one, you know, in southern Ontario--this past weekend, and spent some time with Peter Thompson. He's living in a space that he shares with the Community Outreach Gallery's art storage, making for quite the visual smorg. Here he is surrounded by it all.. that giant painting there is by Taylor McKimens. And that cool truck just behind him to the left is by Misaki Kawai.

And of course there were a few art drawers full of his own work, including the last of the Lucky Ello drawings.

And more!

Peter is going to be part of an upcoming group show "Pulp Fiction" at Museum London July 26 - November 16 along with Marc Bell, Tasha Brotherton, Barry Doupe, Liz Garlicki, James Kirkpatrick, The Lions (Tasha Brotherton, Matthew Brown, Barry Doupe, Collin Johanson, James Whitman), Amy Lockhart, Jason McLean and Mark DeLong, Jennie O'Keefe, Seth Scriver and Shayne Ehman.
